Designed by Norman Giller in 1961, the Miami Beach Bandshell is nestled in the heart of the North Shore Historic District and is an iconic example of MiMo (mid-century Miami Modern) architecture. Historians have described the Bandshell as “a futurist take on a Roman Amphitheater.” As of August 2022, it has officially been deamed a National Historic Landmark.

With a beautiful blend of Miami Beach art deco and high-tech audio and visual equipment, this classic 1961open air theater is the perfect location to host your next corporate event, private concert, award ceremony, cocktail reception, product launch, fundraiser, or business meeting. Featuring a one of a kind rain or shine canopy, expansive terrazzo floor, and 9 VIP boxes, perfect for hosting a timeless night. Located adjacent to the ocean and on Collins Ave, the Miami Beach Bandshell accommodates up to 800 seated guests and 1,350 standing. Our talented staff handles every detail to provide a smooth show!

We have a full concessions team and bar staff, as well as our Food & Beverage Manager to help organize catering.

Usually we require about 6-8 weeks of notice to help you get the most out of your event. With enough time to prepare we feature promising shows in our seasonal booklets. If you have an event in mind in less than 6 weeks, please still reach out and we can try to accommodate if our calendar allows for it.
